Wyrk connects businesses with qualified workers through an on-demand platform, allowing them to fill one-time or ongoing shifts. Workers have the flexibility to choose shifts in various industries based on their preferences. Businesses can post open shifts and select from a list of qualified workers, who then pick up the shifts using the Wyrk app. Wyrk aims to help hourly workers earn a living wage by connecting them with businesses in need of local talent.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Representative in the Greater Vancouver Area. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for outside sales, lead generation, and communication with prospective client including in-person meetings. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and meeting sales targets.Qualifications

Live in the greater Vancouver area / Lower Mainland Have a valid BC Driver's License "Hunter" Sales skills & corresponding demeanor Experience in Lead Generation Excellent Communication skills - written AND verbal Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred Previous experience with HubSpot or similar CRM is considered an asset Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
