Job Overview
We're looking for a motivated
Business Development Representative
to help expand our reach into
new markets and partnerships
, especially across
Canada and the U.S.
This role focuses on building strong B2B relationships with
designers, builders, and resellers
, identifying new opportunities, and supporting our production team with client communication and quotations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new ways to sell Vinogradofff's products and services.
Personally reach out to designers, contractors, and business clients (not retail end-users).
Research potential markets and establish relationships outside Ontario, particularly in the U.S.
Work with our marketing team to prepare pitches and promotional materials.
Participate in preparing and calculating quotations for custom fabrication projects.
Act as a liaison between clients and the production team to ensure clear communication and project success.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in
business development, B2B sales, or account management
.
Background in
custom fabrication, construction, woodworking, or design
is a strong asset.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable with outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) and independent work.
Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret project requirements.
Experience with CRM tools (like HubSpot or similar) preferred.
