We're hiring
driven, ambitious Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
to help us grow. This is a high-volume outbound role where you'll make
120+ cold calls per day
to engage HR and finance leaders, book fact-finding meetings for senior advisors, and build RFPs when opportunities become qualified.
But this is more than a dial-for-dollars job. You'll also get to
sit in on live discovery meetings
, gain exposure to the full consulting process, and work side-by-side with experienced advisors. This is a role for someone who wants to
learn fast, level up, and grow into a leadership or advisor role
in the future.
What You'll Do
Make
120+ outbound calls daily
to HR, finance, and C-suite contacts across Canada.
Use strong phone presence and business acumen to
book meetings
for our consultants.
Join live discovery meetings
to learn how advisors conduct fact finds, ask consultative questions, and uncover client pain points.
Help prepare
Request for Proposals (RFPs)
for qualified leads by organizing data and following internal templates.
Maintain clean CRM records, track activities, and contribute to a healthy outbound sales pipeline.
Work closely with the sales team to improve outreach strategies, scripts, and targeting lists.
Learn the fundamentals of group benefits, underwriting, and consultative selling through mentorship and real-world exposure.
What We're Looking For

Nice to Have (but not required):
1-2 years in B2B sales, inside sales, or outbound calling roles.
Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce.
Exposure to insurance, benefits, SaaS, or financial services.
