Business Development Representative



Titan Consulting is looking for a BDR to join our Sales team. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you will promote Titan Consulting and generate relationships ranging from startups to enterprise size companies, through prospecting and qualifying leads via phone, email, and text outreach.

You'll experience ongoing growth through our weekly one on one coaching sessions with our sales team. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:



Conduct high volume prospecting through phone, text, and email outreach. Identify and acquire new client accounts through various channels, including networking, cold calls, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and addressing recruitment gaps. Work towards achieving sales targets and contribute to Titan's goals by leveraging our specialization in technology, and partners. Ensure all sales activities are accurately recorded and tracked in Bullhorn.

Qualifications:



You have a University Degree or College Degree/Diploma You have 1+ year(s) of sales experience You are self-sufficient You're well organized, and thrive in a fast-paced industry You have reliable transportation, as this if a fully onsite role
