Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales & Business Development, you'll be on the front lines of our growth--connecting with restaurant owners and operators to introduce them to TouchBistro. Your day will be filled with cold outreach (calls, emails, texts) and building meaningful relationships that drive pipeline and impact.
Joining TouchBistro as a Business Development Representative means we're invested in your growth from day one. You'll kick off your journey with our Sales Bootcamp and continue developing through weekly 1:1s and hands-on coaching from leadership. We reward hard work--top performers will have the opportunity to grow quickly within the Sales org.

Your Day-to-Day
Reach out to restaurant owners via high-volume cold calls, emails, texts, and social media
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and build strong initial relationships
Organize and prioritize your lead pipeline for maximum daily efficiency
Communicate the value of our platform clearly and confidently
Stay informed on restaurant tech trends and competitive landscape
Keep activities accurately logged in Salesforce
Work collaboratively with your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience

All About You
Must Haves:
Experience in sales, the restaurant industry, or a call centre environment
A natural relationship builder--able to earn trust and connect quickly
Resilient, driven, and able to bounce back from rejection
Excellent communication skills--written and verbal
Passionate about learning, growth, and continuous self-improvement
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (3x/week in our Toronto office)
Nice to Haves:
Prior experience in high-volume sales and/or cold calling
Proven ability to self-generate leads and own your pipeline
