Position Overview:
Prospect Research & Identification
- Use online tools, databases, industry reports, and creative search methods to identify potential customers in target markets such as construction, events, and industrial projects.
Lead Qualification
- Reach out via phone to decision-makers to introduce Broadfence, qualify their needs, and gather key information for the sales team.
Database Management
- Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot) with accurate and detailed lead information, call notes, and follow-up actions.
What We're Looking For:
You're confident on the phone and can build rapport fast.
You know how to find the right people (and aren't afraid to dig deep to get their info).
You're organized, persistent, and results driven.
Experience in lead generation, inside sales, or B2B calling is a plus.
CRM skills (HubSpot experience is a plus).
