We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Part-time

Business Development Representative

to lead growth initiatives, manage client relationships, and drive revenue for our dismantling and recycling business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, account management, and experience within the recycling, waste management, or dismantling industry. This role combines strategic planning, client relationship management, and market expansion to ensure the company achieves its financial and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities



Business Development



Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the dismantling and recycling sector. Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand the company's customer base. Build relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, construction companies, waste management organizations, and governmental bodies. Research and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and contracts to secure new business deals.

Account Management



Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and resolve any client concerns. Monitor client accounts to ensure they meet revenue targets and profitability goals. Provide regular reports on account performance, client satisfaction, and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Operational Coordination



Work closely with dismantling and recycling operations teams to align client requirements with project execution. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and sustainability standards in all client engagements. Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring terms are favorable for both the company and clients.

Qualifications



Must be available to work

20 hours per week

, Monday through Friday.

Education and Experience



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the recycling, dismantling, or waste management industry.

Skills and Competencies



Strong knowledge of recycling processes, dismantling practices, and waste management regulations. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities. Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
