The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated
Real Estate Business Representative
to support the management and growth of our real estate portfolio. This role involves business development, sales, tenant relations, rental unit coordination, and active support across real estate operations. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for opportunity, and the flexibility to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support leasing and marketing for rental units in residential and mixed-use developments
Build relationships with tenants, brokers, vendors, and potential clients
Oversee parts of the real estate portfolio and maintain up-to-date property records
Support and track leasing agreements, occupancy rates, and rental pricing strategies
Assist with sales initiatives and promotional campaigns for new properties
Conduct property tours and coordinate move-ins or transitions with tenants
Collaborate with the internal project and marketing teams on launch events, listings, and updates
Contribute to business development efforts including client outreach, investor relations, and commercial space occupancy
Provide reports and insights on rental performance and market trends
Remain flexible and open to learning new processes across real estate operations
What We're Looking For:
Degree or diploma in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, Urban Planning, or related field
1-2 years of relevant experience in real estate, property leasing, or business development preferred
Knowledge of real estate operations, tenant management, and leasing processes
Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with CRM systems, property platforms, or real estate marketing tools is preferred.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a collaborative, high-growth environment
Understanding of Ontario real estate practices and rental market is an asset.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
