Business Development Representative - Property Partnerships
to support our expansion of smart wellness booths across Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and securing partnerships with property owners such as hotels, motels, shopping malls, residential complexes, and other high-traffic venues.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential property partners in target markets.
Initiate contact with landlords, property managers, and leasing teams.
Present the benefits of hosting our smart wellness booths in their locations.
Negotiate partnership terms and prepare agreements under management's guidance.
Maintain ongoing relationships with property partners.
Provide regular reports on outreach, meetings, and signed agreements.
Qualifications
Previous experience in business development, real estate leasing, or partnership sales is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and meet business development targets.
Familiarity with retail, hospitality, or commercial real estate industries is an asset.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Pay: $36,099.43-$83,603.82 per year
