We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving growth within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a solid understanding of market trends to effectively promote our services and solutions to beauty wholesalers, beauty colleges and esthetician, skincare, wax studios.
Duties
Identify and develop new business opportunities through research and networking.
Utilize CRM for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales activities.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective clients to secure new business.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and education in the market.
Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
Prepare presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development or sales roles. (5+ years B2B)
Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans based on findings.
A proactive approach with a strong desire to achieve results.
Esthetician or spa experience preferred
