Swift Home Improvement specializes in residential water and air treatment products, our company has the most state-of-the-art equipment currently available on the market.
We want to expand our team with motivated individuals who want to make more than average. Our team presents products directly to our consumers, you will be provided with qualified leads and expected to generate leads from our campaigns. We are also in Home Depot stores across Canada. And run the biggest referral programs in the business.
We are looking to fill 2-3 positions.
You should have prior experience generating leads from marketing campaigns and exceeding sales objectives to succeed in this position. From the moment you make contact with a customer until the sale is finalized, you will utilize your communication skills to build strong relationships with them. You will also ensure that the right after-sales care is provided.
Responsibilities:
Providing high-level customer service with maintenance packages and equipment
purchases to all company appointments and referrals Ability to work in a timely and professional manner with all customer interactions
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated decision-making skills
Ability to properly explain the installation process and application of the products and services
Submit all paperwork and payments process in a timely manner
