As part of our global expansion, we're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to unlock new markets, build strong client relationships, and help us take our business to new heights.

Role Overview



As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and building long-term relationships with clients. You'll work closely with senior management to strategize and execute effective sales plans while also expanding your knowledge of the plastic recycling and trading industry.

Key Responsibilities

Identify trends and customer needs to build and maintain a robust short, mid, and long-term sales pipeline Research and generate new leads; contact decision-makers and qualify potential opportunities Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation to closing and follow-up Work collaboratively with the Sales Department to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets Maintain relationships with existing accounts and generate repeat business Expand knowledge of company products and trading procedures to better support clients Conduct independent and collaborative market research to identify untapped business opportunities Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and virtual events when required
What We're Looking For

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven success in B2B sales, client acquisition, and account management Strong negotiation skills with experience closing complex deals Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills Solid understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, and CRM tools Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint Energetic, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Experience or interest in international trade, logistics, or recycling is a strong plus Bilingual in English and French required. Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales and international business are also encouraged to apply

En tant que

Business Development Executive

, vous jouerez un role cle dans l'identification de nouvelles opportunites commerciales, la gestion du pipeline de ventes et le developpement de relations a long terme avec les clients. Vous travaillerez en etroite collaboration avec la direction afin de definir et executer des strategies commerciales efficaces, tout en elargissant vos connaissances dans le domaine du recyclage et du commerce des plastiques.

Responsabilites principales

Identifier les tendances et les besoins des clients pour construire et maintenir un pipeline de ventes solide a court, moyen et long terme. Rechercher et generer de nouveaux prospects ; contacter les decideurs et qualifier les opportunites potentielles. Gerer l'ensemble du cycle de vente, de la prospection et negociation jusqu'a la conclusion et le suivi. Collaborer avec le departement des ventes pour atteindre et depasser les objectifs mensuels/trimestriels. Maintenir des relations avec les comptes existants et generer des affaires recurrentes. Developper une connaissance approfondie des produits et procedures de l'entreprise afin de mieux accompagner les clients. Mener des recherches de marche independantes et collaboratives pour identifier de nouvelles opportunites commerciales. Representer l'entreprise lors de salons professionnels, conferences et evenements virtuels, au besoin.
Profil recherche

Qualifications et competences :



Succes avere en ventes B2B, acquisition de clients et gestion de comptes. Solides competences en negociation et experience dans la conclusion de contrats complexes. Excellentes aptitudes en communication, redaction et presentation. Bonne comprehension des pipelines de ventes, de la prevision et des outils CRM. Excellente organisation, capacite a gerer plusieurs taches et a respecter les delais. Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office, en particulier Excel et PowerPoint. Dynamique, autonome et capable d'evoluer dans un environnement rapide et exigeant. Sens du detail et esprit oriente vers la resolution de problemes. Une experience ou un interet pour le commerce international, la logistique ou le recyclage constitue un atout majeur.

Bilingue en anglais et en francais exige.

Les jeunes diplomes passionnes par la vente et le commerce international sont egalement encourages a postuler.
