Avantages sociaux :



Trois (3) semaines de vacances, deux (2) journees de conge personnel par annee, et cinq (5) jours de conge maladie. Couverture a 80 % pour les medicaments generiques substituts prescrits. Couverture a 100 % pour : lunettes de prescription, lentilles corneennes, chirurgie au laser, examen de la vue, entrainement visuel.

Soins dentaires :

Maximum combine de 2 000 $ par annee civile pour tous les services (soins de base, services supplementaires, restauration majeure, protheses).

Sante et bien-etre :

150 $ par annee civile pour une activite de sante ou de bien-etre au choix de l'employe(e).

REER :

Participation possible au regime de REER de l'employeur apres six (6) mois complets d'emploi. L'employeur contribue a 100 % jusqu'a un maximum de 2,5 % du salaire annuel. Pour conserver cette contribution, l'employe(e) doit rester en poste pendant deux (2) ans.

Vendredis d'ete :

Initiative permettant aux employe(e)s de terminer plus tot les vendredis entre le 24 mai et le 30 aout.

Description du poste :



Identifier et solliciter un grand nombre de clients potentiels par le biais d'appels sortants, de courriels et de canaux numeriques. Reperer les opportunites tout au long du cycle de vie du client (nouveaux clients, ventes additionnelles, ventes croisees) pour l'equipe des ventes. Mettre a jour et gerer le CRM afin d'assurer l'exactitude des dossiers d'interaction client et des rapports de ventes. Collaborer etroitement avec les gestionnaires de comptes pour developper et mettre en oeuvre des strategies de prospection pour vos pistes. Mener des appels de qualification avec des acheteurs potentiels et definir les prochaines etapes, y compris la planification de rencontres pour les gestionnaires de comptes en vue d'une qualification approfondie. Analyser les besoins des clients afin de recommander ou d'aider a choisir les solutions logicielles les plus adaptees, et negocier les prix et les modalites contractuelles. Maintenir une connaissance approfondie des logiciels Autodesk et Graitec, ainsi que des tendances emergentes dans le secteur des logiciels AEC (architecture, ingenierie, construction). Creer des presentations de vente personnalisees, des propositions et autres documents pour demontrer la valeur des produits logiciels de l'entreprise. Preparer les contrats de vente tout en maintenant des dossiers clients precis et a jour pour une gestion continue de la relation. Offrir des consultations apres-vente pour resoudre les problemes, assurer une mise en oeuvre fluide du produit et fournir un soutien continu pour une utilisation optimale du logiciel.

HEALTH & WELLNESS - Every employee is entitled to $150.00 per calendar year to dedicate to their choice of health and wellness activity. RRSP Contributions - The Employee may participate in the Employer's RRSP plan after six (6) full months of employment after the date of hire. When the Employee is eligible to participate, the Employee must reach out to Royal Bank of Canada, the Employer's RRSP administrator, to initiate participation and set up their RRSP contributions. If the Employee participates, the Employer will contribute 100% up to a maximum of 2.5% of the Employee's annual salary. To retain the Employer's contribution, the Employee must remain employed for two (2) years. Summer Friday- Summer Friday's are an initiative we have started for employees to get out early and enjoy the summer (May 24th until August 30th).

Identify and solicit high volume of potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels. Identify potential opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle (new customers, upsell, cross-sell) for the sales organization Update and manage CRM to ensure accuracy of customer interaction records and sales reports. Work closely with account managers to develop and implement prospecting strategies for your leads Conduct qualification calls with potential buyers and create follow-up steps, including scheduling meetings for account managers for additional qualification. Analyze client requirements to recommend or assist in choosing the most suitable software solutions and negotiate pricing and contractual terms. Maintain strong knowledge of Autodesk and Graitec software, as well as emerging trends in the AEC (architecture, engineering, construction) software sector. Create tailored sales presentations, proposals, and other materials to demonstrate how the company's software products deliver value to clients. Prepare sales contracts, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records for ongoing relationship management. Provide post-sale consultations to resolve any issues, ensure smooth product implementation, and offer continuous support for optimal usage of the software.

Formation et qualifications :



Diplome universitaire de premier cycle (baccalaureat) prefere. Minimum d'un (1) an d'experience en vente technique B2B. Experience prealable en tant que representant au developpement des ventes (SDR), representant au developpement des affaires (BDR) ou en ventes internes souhaitee. Experience en vente dans les domaines de l'architecture, de l'ingenierie ou de la construction fortement privilegiee.

Competences techniques :



Connaissance des logiciels souhaitee, idealement des produits Autodesk (ACC, Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM 360, etc.). Comprehension technique de l'industrie des logiciels / SaaS. Maitrise de Microsoft Office requise.

Autonomie, esprit d'equipe et capacite a evoluer dans un environnement dynamique. Curiosite, flexibilite et capacite d'adaptation au changement. Excellentes competences en communication orale et ecrite en francais et en anglais. Motivation a atteindre et depasser des objectifs de performance mesurables.

Education and Qualifications

: Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of one year of experience in B2B technical sales. Previous experience as an SDR, BDR or inside sales is desired. Sales experience in architecture, engineering or construction is highly preferred.

Technical skills:

Software knowledge is highly preferred but not required. Preferably in Autodesk products (ACC, Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM 360, etc.) Technical understanding of the software / SaaS industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
