Identifier et solliciter un grand nombre de clients potentiels par le biais d'appels sortants, de courriels et de canaux numeriques.
Reperer les opportunites tout au long du cycle de vie du client (nouveaux clients, ventes additionnelles, ventes croisees) pour l'equipe des ventes.
Mettre a jour et gerer le CRM afin d'assurer l'exactitude des dossiers d'interaction client et des rapports de ventes.
Collaborer etroitement avec les gestionnaires de comptes pour developper et mettre en oeuvre des strategies de prospection pour vos pistes.
Mener des appels de qualification avec des acheteurs potentiels et definir les prochaines etapes, y compris la planification de rencontres pour les gestionnaires de comptes en vue d'une qualification approfondie.
Analyser les besoins des clients afin de recommander ou d'aider a choisir les solutions logicielles les plus adaptees, et negocier les prix et les modalites contractuelles.
Maintenir une connaissance approfondie des logiciels Autodesk et Graitec, ainsi que des tendances emergentes dans le secteur des logiciels AEC (architecture, ingenierie, construction).
Creer des presentations de vente personnalisees, des propositions et autres documents pour demontrer la valeur des produits logiciels de l'entreprise.
Preparer les contrats de vente tout en maintenant des dossiers clients precis et a jour pour une gestion continue de la relation.
Offrir des consultations apres-vente pour resoudre les problemes, assurer une mise en oeuvre fluide du produit et fournir un soutien continu pour une utilisation optimale du logiciel.

Identify and solicit high volume of potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels.
Identify potential opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle (new customers, upsell, cross-sell) for the sales organization

Work closely with account managers to develop and implement prospecting strategies for your leads
