Nous recherchons la prochaine generation de professionnels de la vente pour notre programme de developpement commercial / BDR. Ce programme vous offre une base solide pour lancer votre carriere et evoluer vers un poste de gestionnaire de comptes. Vous y perfectionnerez vos competences en tant que representant en developpement commercial, en identifiant des opportunites avec des prospects et en maximisant le potentiel des leads marketing. Nous vous soutiendrons egalement dans le developpement de vos competences en gestion de pipeline, generation de demande, operations de vente, reseautage et competences techniques.

We are looking for the next generation of sales professionals for our Business Development/BDR program. This program provides you with a solid foundation to launch your career and progress to an account manager position. There, you'll hone your skills as a business development representative, identifying opportunities with leads, and maximizing the potential of marketing leads. We will also support you in developing your skills in pipeline management, demand generation, sales operations, networking and technical skills.


About the Team Hiring:


Overview:

En tant que representant en developpement commercial (BDR), vous devrez :



Developper et gerer un volume eleve de prospections

pour qualifier les leads par appels, courriels et autres canaux

Deceler des opportunites potentielles

tout au long du cycle de vie client (nouvelle clientele, upsell, cross-sell) pour l'organisation de vente

Mettre a jour et gerer le CRM

pour assurer l'exactitude des enregistrements d'interactions clients

Collaborer etroitement avec les gestionnaires de comptes

pour elaborer et mettre en oeuvre des strategies de prospection pour vos leads

Effectuer des appels de qualification

avec les acheteurs potentiels et creer des etapes de suivi, y compris la planification de rencontres pour les gestionnaires de comptes pour une qualification supplementaire

Evoluer dans le programme

- des objectifs de performance et de developpement des competences seront fixes pour favoriser votre progression de carriere du developpement commercial vers les ventes ou d'autres departements

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will:



Develop and manage a high volume of prospecting

to qualify leads through calls, emails, and other channels

Identify potential opportunities

throughout the customer lifecycle (new customers, upsell, cross-sell) for the sales organization

Update and manage CRM

to ensure accuracy of customer interaction records

Work closely with account managers

to develop and implement prospecting strategies for your leads

Conduct qualification calls

with potential buyers and create follow-up steps, including scheduling meetings for account managers for additional qualification

Progress through the program

- performance and skill development goals will be set to support your career progression from business development to sales or other departments

Responsibilities:

Autonome et bon coequipier avec la capacite de prosperer dans un environnement dynamique. Minimum de deux ans d'experience en vente B2B. Experience prealable en tant que SDR, BDR ou en ventes internes souhaitee. Appels a froid, prospection, recherche active de nouveaux clients. Maitrise de Microsoft Office requise. Esprit curieux, flexible et capable de s'adapter aux changements. Diplome de bachelor souhaite. Excellentes competences en communication ecrite et orale en francais et anglais. Motive a atteindre et depasser des objectifs de performance mesurables.

Cold calls, prospecting, active search for new customers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Curious, flexible and adaptable to change. Bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English. Motivated to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
