About Us

HD BioPAK is a growing food packaging solutions provider focused on sustainable and innovative products for restaurants, bakeries, and retail businesses across Canada. As we expand into local communities, we are launching a pilot outreach program in the Kootenay region and are seeking energetic Field Business Development Representatives to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Field Promotion & Outreach

Visit local F&B shops, bakeries, and campus communities to introduce products and promotions Conduct surveys, distribute sample boxes, follow up on trial orders, and collect feedback

Channel Development & Partnerships

Identify and engage potential merchant partners, facilitating pilot LOI signings Support distributor coordination, product listing, and first-order conversion

Marketing Execution

Post promotions and event offers in Facebook and local community groups Assist in ad landing page campaigns and track regional conversions

Sample & Incentive Program

Deliver "Sample Boxes" to target merchants and record response Collect surveys and orders per SOP to ensure first-order success and repurchase

Reporting & Review

Provide weekly activity reports (ROI, CAC, sample conversion) Support pilot review and submit merchant lists and field summaries

Requirements

College student or above (Marketing/BD background preferred) Experience in retail, campus promotion, direct sales, or FMCG BD is a plus Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-driven and reliable with strong execution Familiar with Facebook / Instagram / local community platforms Willing to travel locally (own transportation preferred)
