As a proactive and dynamic Business Development Representative, you\'ll fuel business growth by acquiring new clients and strengthening existing partnerships.Key Responsibilities:

• Shape and execute Sales and Marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Expand and retain the customer base.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure top-notch customer satisfaction.
• Deliver compelling technical presentations and demos.
• Provide pre-sales technical support and product education.
• Represent the company at conferences and trade shows.
• Conduct site visits to key accounts.

Ideal Candidate:

• BSc in biotechnology or related science field.
• 2+ years in sales and customer service with demonstrable metrics and success.
• Expertise in Salesforce and Pardot.
• Stellar communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, challenge-driven, and excited about opportunities.
• Familiarity with Challenger Sales and Miller Heiman methodologies is a plus.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
