Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and driven

Business Development Representative

to lead commercial and residential business growth initiatives in the Fort McMurray region. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a passion for building relationships and driving sales.





Responsibilities:



Build strong relationships with current and potential clients through B2B, organized events, and cold calling Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visits Utilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes Collaborate with the franchisor, read weekly communications, and schedule consistent meetings with the Canadian Marketing Team Manage social media accounts, post relative content and graphics, monitor all reviews and feedback and reply/ follow-up accordingly Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients Coordinate and manage community and charitable events Schedule, manage, and present Continuing Education courses Research local trade shows and coordinate Paul Davis booth set-up Attend training courses and annual conference seminars as requested Any other duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a needed basis Generate weekly and monthly sales reporting Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align strategies Recruit, coach and lead team members

Strong verbal and written communications Strategic thinking and planning Project management and multitasking capability Strong organizational skills Exemplary computer skills, i.e. Internet & Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and manage priorities Event coordination and sales strategy development


Work Environment & Physical Requirements





Office and field-based work Local travel Occasional lifting (up to 30 lbs.) Frequent use of office equipment

Qualifications:



High School Diploma or GED Two or more years' sales and marketing experience Franchise, restoration, construction/home improvement, and/or insurance industry experience ideal
