Client's Earth Sciences Division is expanding in Eastern Canada, and we are seeking a driven
Business Development Representative
to help grow our presence across Quebec. While client is a market leader in Western Canada, this role offers a rare opportunity to help build and shape a growing territory with strong organizational backing, established solutions, and significant upside.
Reporting to the Supervisor, Business Development, you will own your territory end-to-end--identifying new opportunities, developing relationships, and growing revenue with both new and existing customers. This is a

, ideal for someone who enjoys learning technical products, asking thoughtful questions, and becoming a trusted advisor to clients.
You will actively prospect and develop business within key market segments including environmental and geotechnical drillers, environmental consulting firms, and resource-based end users such as mining companies. In addition to winning new business, you will manage and grow the accounts you bring on, increasing wallet share over time through long-term partnerships.
Success in this role requires curiosity, resilience, and comfort operating in a growth environment. You'll develop territory strategies, build a strong opportunity pipeline, forecast results, and manage all sales activity through MS Dynamics CRM. Collaboration with internal teams and sharing market intelligence are critical to driving sustainable growth.
What We're Looking For
3-6 years of outside B2B sales experience
Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and close new business
Relationship-based or consultative selling approach
Technical aptitude and willingness to learn complex products
Background in environmental, geotechnical, drilling, instrumentation, or related industries is an asset
