We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representatives to join our subsidiary Company; Buzz Capital. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving our growth by connecting with potential clients and delivering tailored financial solutions.

We are a private lending company specializing in delivering fast and flexible financing solutions to small and medium-sized businesses through merchant cash advances. Our mission is to empower business owners with the capital they need to grow, and we're looking for someone who shares our drive for success.
Duties
Make 120+ outbound calls per day to potential clients
Identify businesses in need of financial support and introduce them to our merchant cash advance products
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Manage and update client information in CRM systems
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Job Specification & Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the finance or lending sector
A strong sense of sales acumen with a focus on closing deals
Previous experience in sales or finance, with a track record of success
High level of English proficiency (spoken and written)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
