Business Development Representative (BDR)

-- someone with grit, ambition, and curiosity to join us at day one and build a modern GTM engine from scratch.

This is a high commission-only sales job with potential to turn into full-time role with set base salary.

High commission upside

on every qualified meeting and closed deal. If you hit your annual targets, commission earnings alone will be $100K+.

What You'll Do/ Responsibilities

Identify and research target accounts in verticals like real estate, healthcare, and public services Reach out cold via email, LinkedIn, and phone to book meetings with qualified leads Create and iterate outreach playbooks that actually work Manage outbound tools like Apollo, and CRM platforms Track performance, test experiments, and share insights with the team Be the first voice our prospects hear and leave a memorable impression

What You Bring/ Skills

Strong communication and copywriting skills -- you know how to catch attention fast Energy and curiosity -- you enjoy learning about people, tech, and how companies work Self-discipline -- you can work independently and hit weekly activity goals Grit -- you're not afraid of rejection and can bounce back stronger Optional but nice: experience in B2B SaaS, outbound sales, or early-stage startups
