We're looking for a motivated, people-driven
Business Development Representative
who loves the chase -- finding new customers, building relationships, and driving results. If you're competitive, confident on the phone, and know how to connect on social media, this is your chance to make an impact.
What You'll Do:
Reach out to potential customers through
social media and phone outreach
-- be the first point of contact and make a great impression.
Find and qualify leads
, learn about their needs, and match them with the right landscape and construction supply solutions.
Jump in at the
sales desk
-- take calls, process orders, and help customers in person.
Keep track of your activity in our CRM and stay on top of your pipeline.
Be part of a collaborative, fast-moving team that rewards initiative and results.
What We're Looking For:
1-3 years of
sales or business development experience
(B2B preferred).
Strong communication skills
-- you're confident, persuasive, and easy to talk to.
Comfort with social media
(LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) as a tool for outreach and networking.
Organized, self-motivated, and hungry to grow your income.
Experience in landscape or construction products is a
plus
, but not required -- we'll teach you.
