Responsibilities

Contact prospective clients who have

already expressed interest

in our services (no cold calling or hard selling). Schedule appointments for our Sales Representatives using qualified leads. Respond to inbound calls, providing company information and answering client questions. Engage with potential clients by highlighting the benefits of our products and services. Assess client needs and suitability using established key indicators. Maintain accurate records and client information in our CRM system. Support the team with administrative duties and cross-training as needed.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. A confident, friendly, and professional communicator. A positive, enthusiastic attitude with the ability to thrive in a small team environment. Highly organized and dependable, with great attention to detail. Previous experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or customer service is an asset. Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or related field is an asset. CRM software experience preferred.

Competitive pay:

$23.00/hour + performance bonuses

. Consistent full-time hours:

Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Friday: 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM
