About the Role

The Business Development Representative - Broker in Training will join an 18-month program to become a licensed real estate salesperson in Ontario. You'll focus on business development while gaining exposure to all areas of commercial real estate. Cresa will fully fund RECO licensing courses upon successful completion.

Primary Responsibilities (Business Development)

In this role, you will:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for transaction representation and project management engagements

Execute targeted outreach initiatives across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, direct calls, and in-person engagement Build and maintain relationships by attending business networking events and following up with contacts Re-engage with historical clients and nurture leads through ongoing communication Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at attracting potential clients Track all activity and ensure data accuracy within the company's CRM (Salesforce), optimizing system utilization

Broker in Training - Skills You Will Develop

As part of the 18-month training program, you will gain hands-on experience in:

Coordinating and participating in property tours with clients Assisting in the preparation of lease documentation, proposals, and other transactional materials Engaging in client-facing discussions to support negotiations and project updates
