The Role: Commission Contract & Path to Full-Time

Your Mission: The 60-Day Sprint

Your success is critical for our market penetration and directly fuels our company's growth. Our solution is

proven

to drive a

+12% to +18% lift in impulse sales

for indie supermarkets, giving you a powerful value proposition.

Acquisition Target:

Close

15-25 independent retailers

(supermarkets, convenience stores, bakeries, etc.) in Scarborough & surrounding areas.

Execution:

Comfortably conduct short, impactful solution presentations (10-15 minutes) in-store with owners.

Realistic Earnings:

Top performers consistently earn

$3,000 - $5,000+

during this initial contract period.

We're Looking For Hustle, Not Hand-Holding

B2B DNA:

Previous B2B sales experience is a strong advantage (e.g., retail tech, POS, signage, telecom).

Territory Ready:

Based in Scarborough or willing to travel daily to target stores in Scarborough, Markham, and North York.

Fearless Prospecting:

Must be highly comfortable with aggressive outreach, including

cold-calling and walking into stores unannounced

to engage decision-makers.

Operational:

Reliable transportation and an owned smartphone are required.

Speed:

Available to start the performance sprint within 10 days.
