We're a proudly family-owned and operated dealership specializing in pre-owned vehicles--and we're on the lookout for an enthusiastic, experienced Business Development Representative (BDC) to help us keep the wheels turning (pun absolutely intended).

What You'll Be Doing:

Calling, emailing, and messaging leads like it's your superpower--and setting appointments that actually show up. Building real connections with customers who might just love us as much as they love our cars. Working closely with our sales team (don't worry, they're friendly too) to deliver a seamless customer experience. Keeping your CRM game tight--because if it's not in the system, did it even happen? Following up like a pro--because the fortune is in the follow-up, and so is your bonus.

What You Bring to the Table

:

At least 1 year of BDC sales experience in an automotive dealership. A silver tongue and a keyboard to match: you're a champ with both conversation and communication. You love meeting new people--and they usually love you right back. Incredible attention to detail (you'd probably notice if we left a typo in this sentence). A genuine passion for sales and a knack for turning leads into loyal customers.
