Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance market presence and achieve business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer relationship management. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and project management teams to align strategies and ensure successful project delivery. Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyze sales data. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for expansion. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable partnerships. Prepare presentations and proposals for potential clients to showcase our services and value proposition.

Skills



Proven experience in business development or a related field, demonstrating a track record of success in sales. Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software tools for effective lead management and reporting. Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable plans. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for both the company and clients. Solid project management abilities to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of marketing principles to effectively promote services and enhance brand visibility. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$136,486.48 per year
