Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on business development metrics.
Oversee project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery of services while maintaining high-quality standards.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Experience
Proven experience in business development or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in negotiation techniques and customer relationship management practices.
Familiarity with project management methodologies to effectively manage multiple initiatives.
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales performance and client interactions.
A background in marketing is highly desirable, enabling you to contribute to promotional strategies effectively.
