Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets to achieve revenue goals.
Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and potential clients.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide business development strategies.
Negotiate and close deals that align with the company's objectives and growth plans.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
Track sales pipeline and business opportunities using Salesforce (or similar CRM).
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Provide regular reporting on business development activities, market insights, and growth progress.
Qualifications
Proven experience in
business development, sales, or strategic partnerships
, preferably in B2B industries.
Strong track record of generating new business and achieving growth targets.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
Strong analytical and research abilities to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce or similar) for managing leads and tracking opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, think strategically, and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
A background in marketing, economics, or business strategy is a plus.
