Business Development Manager

to lead client acquisition, drive growth, and build long-term partnerships for this new and exciting division.

Position Overview

As a

Business Development Manager

, you will play a critical role in expanding our client base for IT and cybersecurity solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and promoting LX Black Box's technology services to clients across sectors. This position requires strong outbound sales experience and the ability to confidently communicate value-driven

Key Responsibilities

Identify, target, and engage potential clients across industries.

Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.

Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling, client visits, and networking events.

Present and pitch IT and cybersecurity solutions tailored to client needs.

Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Maintain detailed sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.

Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure successful service delivery.

Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' offerings.

Qualifications

Minimum

2 years of experience

in business development, B2B sales, or account management.

Proven success in outbound or field sales (IT, telecommunications, or cybersecurity industry preferred).

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Confident with door-to-door and face-to-face client engagement.

Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions.

Results-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field is an asset.
