Duties

Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships. Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations that resonate with potential clients. Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and analyzing sales data to inform decision-making. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities for growth. Lead cross-functional teams in project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery of services.

Experience

Proven experience in business development or a related field is essential. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies. Experience in marketing strategies that drive business growth. Food/Pizza Resturant Required Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
