We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives. Duties
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Lead negotiations to secure deals that align with company goals
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that promote brand awareness and generate leads
Manage sales pipelines using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track progress and forecast growth
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for executive leadership
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and identify potential clients
Requirements
Proven experience in
construction
business development, sales, or related roles with a track record of achieving targets
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals
Excellent project management capabilities to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously
Knowledge of marketing strategies and digital marketing tools
Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms for customer relationship management
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
Familiarity with industry trends and competitive landscape analysis
