Our Commercial & Business Development team is a function that aims to strengthen the organization and ensure profitable growth while building commercial capabilities & processes across the following 3 areas: Sales Development, Value Management and Business Development. As a result, you will gain great level of exposure to different functions and stakeholders as well as opportunity to impact and drive change.

What you'll be doing



The role is designed to support the Carlsberg Canada commercial team in driving efficient and profitable business while delivering topline growth year over year. As part of your responsibilities, you will:

Lead key business activities related to Commercial Strategy and Business Planning cycles, working closely with Senior Management. Lead and support initiatives driving improvements across different business areas. Lead and support key strategic projects and initiatives linked to Commercial Excellence, Sales Execution, Route-to-Market and new business opportunities with high visibility at both local and regional levels. Support the development and implementation of our 5 core processes (S&OP, Finance, Commercial, Innovation & People) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, unify and strengthen processes.

What we're looking for



3+ years of experience in relevant FMCG/ CPG roles: Business Development and/or Commercial Development. Management Consulting will be considered as a strong advantage. Proven track record leading and managing complex Business wide projects i.e. Route-to-Market, Business expansion projects etc. Proven track record in developing and establishing processes. Strong analytical skills for identifying business opportunities and supporting decision-making with proven track record. Ability to transform complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights and recommendations effectively, collaborating with various stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and a high degree of initiative. Self and result driven, highly organized, detail-oriented and must have aptitude for problem solving. Experience in change management will be considered as an advantage. Team player who can work in a dynamic environment with tight timelines and deliver under pressure. Excellent level of business acumen and P&L understanding. Advanced English level both written and spoken.
