is a Canadian supplier of security uniforms, body armour, and tactical gear. We serve security firms, government agencies, and law enforcement across Canada.

Job Summary


We're looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our B2B sales, manage key accounts, and strengthen relationships with professional clients. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and enhancing our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of negotiation skills, business development expertise, and a deep understanding of B2B sales processes. We are looking for individuals with a self-motivated mindset and a desire to build a long and fulfilling career!

Responsibilities



Develop new B2B accounts in the security & law enforcement sector Manage existing client relationships, ensuring repeat orders and satisfaction Respond to inbound quotes, calls, and inquiries Identify growth and upsell opportunities with current accounts Work closely with our small in-house team to ensure smooth order flow and great service

Duties



Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives. Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns that align with business goals. Utilize CRM software for tracking leads, managing accounts, and reporting on sales activities. Lead negotiations with prospective clients to secure contracts and close deals. Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members in account management practices. Prepare presentations and proposals tailored to client needs while showcasing the value of our services.

Qualifications



Proven experience in business development or B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on relationship building. Proficiency in CRM software & other sales tools for managing customer relationships and sales processes. Solid analytical skills to assess market data and inform strategic decisions. 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (B2B preferred) Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results within the organization. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Pay: bonus, commission

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
