YOUR MISSION


Your primary role as Originals' Business Development Manager is to provide support to the team's Business Development and Marketing Director in various tasks, which include exploring potential business opportunities for Originals, managing existing business relationships, as well as tracking the success of each project. According to the strategic plan, you will play a crucial role in creating new business development opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and following up with potential national and international clients. In addition to managing business offers, you will develop strategic product plans and attend various networking events with the Director to maintain company growth.

Being part of the Originals team means exploring new forms of multimedia experiences in unique locations. It means taking part in creating new and innovative models of entertainment to be deployed all around the world.You'll be involved in creating various immersive experiences, such as Augmented Games.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Manage leads and business opportunities, ensuring effective communication with clients, producers, and directors to drive project conversions and revenue growth. Spearhead and analyse market research and socio-economic studies to identify potential development opportunities, future trends, and emerging markets. Develop and maintain business opportunity management tools, including service offerings, proposals, and pitches, to ensure consistency and excellence in our sales approach. Collaborate with the Business Development Senior Director as well as GM to define customer needs, develop strategies, and create customized solutions to meet client objectives. Prospect and solicit potential clients, focusing on targeted priority markets, and build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize our business development strategy. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Moment Factory's commercial interests, products, and services to effectively promote our offerings to clients.

YOUR BACKGROUND INCLUDES



University degree in business administration, production, economics, marketing, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in an arts-related industry. Strong interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written. Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite. Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written.


Assets


Knowledge of the industry, including promoters and touring exhibits networks. Experience in international business development. Practical skills in creating business opportunities and networking. Mastery of additional languages.

Business-savvy with a keen analytical sense, able to interpret market data, identify opportunities, and develop effective business strategies. Initiative, reliability, flexibility, and precision are essential.
