Business Development Manager

to join our team and play a key role in expanding our customer base and strengthening client relationships.

Role Overview:

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our operations team to understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure outstanding service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to generate new business in machinery moving, millwrighting, and related services. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Identify and pursue opportunities with manufacturers, construction companies, and industrial facilities. Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and quotations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (experience in machinery moving, rigging, millwrighting, or industrial services is a strong asset). Strong network within manufacturing, construction, or industrial sectors preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong organizational and time management skills. Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region.
