Responsibilities

- Prospect & Pitch: Identify and engage potential clients in the promotional marketing, branded

merchandise, and apparel sectors.

- Book & Build: Set up high-value meetings for our CEO with key decision-makers to help close deals.

- Nurture & Grow: Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and long-term

partnerships.

- Tailor Solutions: Understand customer needs and offer creative, print-focused solutions.

- Hit Targets: Build and execute a strategic sales plan to meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals.

- Stay Plugged In: Attend trade shows, industry events, and keep tabs on trends, competitors, and

market shifts.

- Collaborate: Partner with internal teams (production, marketing, service) to ensure smooth execution.

- Optimize: Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline, follow-ups, and reporting.

Qualifications

- 6-8 years in a B2B sales or business development role, ideally in printing, promo products, or apparel

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong understanding of sales funnels, account management, and customer lifecycle.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Tech-savvy with CRM tools, prospecting platforms, and video conferencing software.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented -- you're someone who thrives in fast-paced environments.

- Willing to travel (locally and out-of-province) to meet clients and attend events.
