We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, project management, and customer relationship management. This position requires excellent negotiation skills and the ability to effectively market our services to potential clients.
Duties
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on progress.
Conduct presentations and negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
Prepare proposals, contracts, and other documentation as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or a related field.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
Proficient in Salesforce or similar customer relationship management software.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and identify opportunities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
