to help grow our customer base and strengthen market presence.

As a
Business Development Manager
, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships within the freight and logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and secure new shippers and carriers
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Understand client needs and offer tailored freight solutions
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure top-level service
Track and report on sales activity and performance metrics
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation sales
Strong network of shippers and/or carriers preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Familiarity with TMS software and CRM tools is a plus
