HERE\xe2\x80\x99S HOW YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Aggressively develop and maintain new and existing relationships with various target audiences to help grow sales and identify new business opportunities. This can be achieved by establishing relationships with lawyers and constituencies of the title insurance related industry
  • Develop a clear understanding and awareness of the designated market/area by conducting regular reviews of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT). Scan the market for new business opportunities and new concepts. Proactively realign sales strategies to anticipate changing economic conditions in order to identify and capture opportunities
  • Maintain product knowledge with the ability to answer customer\xe2\x80\x99s questions by participating in sales meetings, company training sessions, and reviewing internal communications for program changes and/or enhancements
  • Be aware of any competitors in the industry and share relevant information with the sales team
  • Maintain positive relationships with all customers by providing support and guidance, product/process information, investigating problems, and assisting in the development of solutions to ensure total customer satisfaction
  • Maintain expense control by reviewing individual personal budget and monitoring spending accordingly
  • Contribute to the overall Sales Team effort by proactively sharing best practices and working collaboratively with members of the team and work with internal partners to identify creative opportunities for new business

  • A minimum of 5 years\' aggressive sales experience
  • A strong customer focus with the ability to prospect, create leads, grow the business and manage accounts while fostering close account relationships and generating new sales to achieve and exceed individual sales targets
  • Proven exceptional presentation skills
  • Strong initiative coupled with strong communication, time management and computer skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

VOTRE CONTRIBUTION :
  • \xc3\x89tablir et entretenir activement des relations, nouvelles et existantes, avec divers publics cibles pour faire cro\xc3\xaetre les ventes et rep\xc3\xa9rer de nouvelles occasions d\xe2\x80\x99affaires. Cela peut se faire en \xc3\xa9tablissant des relations avec des avocats et des groupes de l\xe2\x80\x99industrie de l\xe2\x80\x99assurance titres.
  • Acqu\xc3\xa9rir une compr\xc3\xa9hension claire du march\xc3\xa9 ou du secteur d\xc3\xa9sign\xc3\xa9 en effectuant des examens r\xc3\xa9guliers des forces, des faiblesses, des occasions et des menaces. Analyser le march\xc3\xa9 pour rep\xc3\xa9rer de nouvelles occasions d\xe2\x80\x99affaires et de nouveaux concepts. Red\xc3\xa9finir de fa\xc3\xa7on proactive les strat\xc3\xa9gies de vente pour anticiper l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9volution de la conjoncture \xc3\xa9conomique afin de rep\xc3\xa9rer et de saisir les occasions.
  • Se tenir au courant des produits et \xc3\xaatre en mesure de r\xc3\xa9pondre aux questions des clients en participant \xc3\xa0 des r\xc3\xa9unions de vente et \xc3\xa0 des s\xc3\xa9ances de formation d\xe2\x80\x99entreprise, et en examinant les communications internes relatives aux changements ou aux am\xc3\xa9liorations apport\xc3\xa9s aux programmes.
  • Conna\xc3\xaetre les concurrents de l\xe2\x80\x99industrie et communiquer les renseignements pertinents \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe Ventes.
  • Entretenir des relations positives avec tous les clients en leur offrant du soutien et des conseils, en leur fournissant des renseignements sur les produits et les processus, en enqu\xc3\xaatant sur les probl\xc3\xa8mes et en contribuant \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9laboration de solutions pour assurer la satisfaction totale de la client\xc3\xa8le.
  • Contr\xc3\xb4ler les d\xc3\xa9penses en examinant le budget personnel et en faisant le suivi des d\xc3\xa9penses en cons\xc3\xa9quence.
  • Contribuer aux efforts globaux de l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe Ventes en partageant de fa\xc3\xa7on proactive les meilleures pratiques, en travaillant en collaboration avec les membres de l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe et en collaborant avec les partenaires internes pour trouver des occasions cr\xc3\xa9atives d\xe2\x80\x99affaires nouvelles.

  • Au moins cinq ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience en vente dynamique.
