Position Summary:
The Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and ensure we meet revenue goals. This role requires proven experience in team building and sales leadership within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and develop a sales team focused on refurbished laptops and desktops
Responsible for hiring sales team
Create and execute sales strategies to increase market share and customer base
Set and monitor team sales targets, providing coaching and feedback to maximize performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for management
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth sales processes
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in sales management with a focus on team building
Experience selling refurbished or technology products is a strong plus
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics
