Key Responsibilities
Maintain and strengthen a current book of business.
Prospect and grow your existing customer base to increase revenue.
Use our internal CRM system daily to provide accurate and timely information.
Consult with the operations team to determine equipment availability and service options.
Provide current and potential customers with prompt responses, solutions, and support.
Work collaboratively with team members to identify new opportunities and enhance account penetration across Western Canada.
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Experience in transportation, logistics, or a related industry is an asset.
A team-oriented mindset with a focus on customer service.
