Position Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Business Development & Sales Manager

to lead the growth of our electrical equipment and high-voltage service business. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the power industry, strong client relationships in the Canada/USA, and a proven track record in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:



Drive sales of electrical equipment and high-voltage field services across the Canada/USA. Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market presence and revenue. Identify and cultivate relationships with new clients, including utilities, EPCs, and industrial companies. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. Represent VoltEdge Energy/VE Power Inc at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings in the Canada/USA. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, logistics) to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3-7 years of sales/business development experience in electrical equipment or high-voltage services. Strong understanding of power systems, transformers, and high-voltage equipment. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness and ability to travel regularly to the USA for client meetings and site visits.

Preferred Skills:



Established network within utilities, EPCs, and industrial clients in North America. Experience with international business development or cross-border sales. Knowledge of renewable energy and emerging power distribution technologies.

Compensation:



Competitive base salary with performance-based commission/bonus. Total compensation potential: $50,000 - $200,000 depending on experience and results.
