Business Development Manager

to join our team.

What You'll Do

-Develop and execute a business development strategy to grow our client base in

restoration, property management, and construction sectors

.

-Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, leveraging your industry connections.

-Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and contracts.

-Represent Metrotown Floors at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

-Collaborate closely with our internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from first contact to project completion.

-Provide market insights and feedback to guide product and service innovation.

What We're Looking For

-Proven success in business development or sales within the

restoration, property management, or construction industries

.

-Existing network of contacts in one or more of these sectors.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

-Self-starter with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach.

-Understanding of the construction process and familiarity with flooring/cabinetry (an asset).

-Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for meetings and events.
