Job Description

As a

Business Development Manager

, you will:

Prospect, develop, and close new business with: Property management companies Commercial and industrial clients Retail, restaurant, and franchise groups Sell bundled, multi-division service agreements Build and manage a strong pipeline of contract-based opportunities Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers Support and collaborate with sales representatives Recruit, onboard, and develop elite sales talent Take ownership of building and scaling a high-performance sales team Coordinate with operations to ensure successful client onboarding Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM Provide market feedback on pricing, competition, and growth opportunities

Commission Structure (While Building Sales Team):



One-Off Services: 5% of job value Recurring Services: 5% of first-year contract value (2% hold back for 12-month completion) 2% renewal commission starting Year 2 Seasonal Contracts: 6-8% of contract value (based on deal size & margin)

Once a Sales Representative is hired:



3% of first-year revenue on deals you originate 1% override on sales team deals you support Retention bonuses for contracts retained beyond 12 months

Uncapped earning potential
