We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities
Lead project development and establish and maintain client relationships, actively promoting and representing the company's culture;
Participate in and achieve the business development targets of the sales department, contributing to the accomplishment of sales goals;
Lead and complete project bidding processes, ensuring all procedures are compliant, efficient, and professional;
Comply with company policies and cooperate with all internal departments;
Work proactively with the finance department to ensure timely payment collection for assigned projects.
Experience
Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within a B2B environment
Demonstrated success in strategic planning, negotiation, and closing deals
Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques for lead generation
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
