is expanding across Canada through a franchise model, and we're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead franchise growth from lead generation to deal close.
What You'll Do
Manage full franchise sales pipeline (lead-gen ? qualification ? discovery ? closing).
Build a strong candidate pipeline.
Run discovery calls, presentations, territory checks, and candidate follow-ups.
Attend trade shows and business events to generate new leads.
Maintain CRM accuracy and move candidates through the process with speed.
Represent the The Vape brand and create excitement about franchise ownership.
What You Bring
2+ years in franchise development, B2B sales, or retail expansion.
Strong closing skills and proven success with high-value deals.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple candidates at once.
Comfortable with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social platforms.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
Experience in retail, vape, cannabis, or regulated industries.
Knowledge of Canadian franchising regulations.
