Votre role
En tant que Responsable Developpement Commercial, vous serez a la fois acteur direct des ventes et leader de l'equipe inside sales.
Vous jouerez un role central dans l'expansion de notre clientele et la croissance de l'entreprise.
Responsabilites principales
Definir et executer la strategie de developpement commercial en AI et services TI.
Encadrer, recruter, former et motiver une equipe de inside sales.
Mener par l'exemple en effectuant vous-meme des appels sortants et des demarches de prospection.
Identifier et qualifier de nouveaux clients potentiels, generer des leads et conclure des ventes.
Atteindre ou depasser les objectifs mensuels et trimestriels.
Assurer le suivi de la performance de l'equipe et optimiser les processus de vente.

Your Role
As Business Development Manager, you will be both a direct sales driver and the leader of our inside sales team.
You will play a central role in expanding our client base and driving the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the business development strategy for AI and IT services.
Lead, recruit, train, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives.
Lead by example through outbound calls and active prospecting.
Identify and qualify new clients, generate leads, and close deals.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Track team performance and optimize the sales process.

Profil recherche
Minimum 5 ans d'experience en vente B2B, dont au moins 3 ans en prospection (cold calling).
Experience en gestion d'equipe commerciale (inside sales de preference).
Succes avere en generation de leads et en closing dans le secteur TI ou services similaires.
Excellentes competences en communication et en negociation, en francais et anglais.
Experience avec CRM et outils de prospection.
Capacite a travailler dans un environnement PME (autonomie, flexibilite, sens des responsabilites).
Diplome universitaire en affaires, marketing ou domaine connexe.

Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years in prospecting (cold calling).
Proven team management experience (preferably inside sales).
Strong track record in lead generation and closing within IT consulting or related services.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, in French and English.
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools.
Ability to thrive in an SME environment (autonomy, flexibility, ownership).
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
