We're looking for a driven, experienced Business Development professional to join our fast-growing team at Superior Roofing Ltd., where excellence, speed, and results define everything we do.
Who You Are:
You have a proven track record in commercial roofing and/or siding sales You're confident navigating tenders, GC relationships, and large-scale estimates You know how to build trust fast and turn conversations into contracts You love the chase -- and love closing even more You thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment where your ideas matter
What You'll Do:
Identify and pursue new commercial project leads across Alberta Build relationships with general contractors, architects, and developers Attend job walks, estimate walk-throughs, and project bid meetings Collaborate closely with our in-house estimating and project teams Help us break into new verticals and level up our commercial division

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
