Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and industry connections.
Negotiate rates and close new business.
Maintain strong relationships with clients.
Work with dispatch to ensure smooth operations.
Track market trends and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
2-5 years experience in trucking/logistics/freight sales.
Proven ability to bring new customers or manage accounts.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of flatbed/step-deck/B-train freight is an asset.
Existing customer network is a strong advantage.

Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
