Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team for a Primarily Real Estate/Immigration Legal Office.

This is primarily a commission based role, commission will be negotiated and given upon proven ability to generate new files.

Reasonable Expenses incurred to generate business will be compensated (May Require you to travel to meet potential oppurtunities and/or business meetings)

In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with real estate agents/brokerages mortgage brokers/brokerages and other revenue generators. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, marketing, and customer relationship management, with a proven track record of success in negotiation and project management.

Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies that promote our services and enhance brand visibility. Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics. Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts and agreements that align with company goals. Oversee project management for new initiatives, ensuring timely execution and delivery of services. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth. Prepare presentations and proposals for prospective clients to showcase our offerings.

Experience



Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a related industry. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively. Experience in project management methodologies and tools to drive successful outcomes. Familiarity with marketing strategies and techniques that drive customer engagement. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar customer relationship management software is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $17.75-$38.32 per hour
